Automatic exhaust valve is a device used for exhaust of HVAC system and HVAC system during operation. During the operation of HVAC and HVAC systems, many harmful effects such as hydrogen and oxygen released by water during heating will damage the system and reduce the thermal effect. If these gases can not be discharged in time, many harmful consequences will occur. When the system is full of water, the gas in the water escapes and gathers to the highest point because of the change of temperature and pressure. When the gas pressure is greater than the system pressure, the buoy will fall down and drive the valve stem to move downward, the valve opening, and the gas is continuously discharged. When the gas pressure is lower than the system pressure, the buoy rises to drive the stem upward, and the valve mouth closes. This is how the automatic exhaust valve continues to circulate!
A controller installed in the system architecture is used to release air holes generated in heating systems and water supply pipelines. It is widely used in water dividers, heating sheets, floor heating, air conditioning and water supply systems.
Automatic exhaust valve is a functional valve used in heating system, such as heating plate, floor heating, boiler system to remove air from the system. 3. The automatic exhaust valve is usually installed in the pipeline where the system is easy to collect gas, such as the highest point of the system and the highest point of a section of pipeline, which is conducive to smooth exhaust.
